I can't believe it's February already! Wow, this year is going by quickly. I thought I'd do a bit of a wrap-up for January, what's been going on at Look At That Book and what books I've had a chance to read.
So without further ado, January's Book List:
Lamb by Christopher Moore - My Review
Revelation by Kate Brian - My Review
The Ghost's Child by Sonya Hartnett - My Review
Psyche In A Dress by Francesca Lia Block - My Review - Related Post - Other Related Post
Surrender by Sonya Hartnett - My Review - My Teaser
Across The Pond by Storyheart - (No review for this just yet, coming late February!)
The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman - My Review - My Teaser
Solving Zoe by Barbara Dee - (No review for this just yet, I'll be posting my review plus an interview with Barbara in the coming weeks, stay tuned!)
That's seven books in January, I think I will read more in February. We will see. As for my favourite book of January... it would have to be The Ghost's Child by Sonya Hartnett.
Finally, a few bits and pieces I've been meaning to post about :)
Finally, a few bits and pieces I've been meaning to post about :)
- Justin Larbalestier author of How To Ditch Your Fairy has spent the entire month of January answering questions about writing. Very interesting and well worth a look!
- Megan over at the Po(sey) Sessions has posted a very interesting author interview with Maria Murnane about trying to get her book published!
- The YA Book Blog Directory is up and running. You'll find a HUGE list of awesome YA book bloggers out there.
And I will finish with a great book trailer for The King's Rose by Alisa Libby. Set for release mid-March.
Gosh, I'm sure I've missed out a ton of things! I will have to keep a closer eye on my links, I tend to lose them into the internet. Got anything awesome you want to share with me? :)
